3 Account Registration & Security
A personal account must be created to use services on the rf77 platform. The registration process requires providing your correct name, an active mobile number, and other required details.
3.1 Password & Account Protection
- Keep your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential.
- Sharing account credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
- Any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on the account must be reported to the support team immediately.
- The responsibility for keeping the account secure lies with the user.
3.2 Account Closure
rf77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Violating any part of the Terms.
- Fraud, deception, or any other unlawful activity.
- Misuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
- Multiple accounts operated by the same person.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
rf77 supports the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are completed securely via SSL encryption.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
rf77 supports only the following payment methods:
- bKash — Bangladesh's leading mobile financial service.
- Nagad — Digital financial service by Bangladesh Post Office.
- Rocket — Mobile wallet service by Dutch-Bangla Bank.
- Upay — Mobile payment service by United Commercial Bank.
4.2 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
- Identity verification must be completed before deposited funds are credited to the account.
- Deposits must be made only from the account holder's own mobile banking number — deposits via third parties are not accepted.
- For any transaction, rf77 may request information necessary for verification.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking account used at the time of deposit.
- Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.
- Large withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members making their first deposit on rf77 will receive a 150% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
- Deposit ৳28,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳48,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 — you must place ৳30,000 worth of bets to withdraw winnings from the bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- An account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Claiming multiple bonuses from the same device, IP address, or household may result in all bonuses being cancelled.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn if the bonus terms have not been fulfilled.
- rf77 reserves the right to modify the terms of bonus offers or withdraw a bonus.
- A second bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is active and its wagering requirement has not yet been completed.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
- rf77 is not responsible for bets lost due to technical errors or connection issues.
- If a match or event is cancelled for any reason, rf77 will settle bets according to the prevailing policy.
- rf77 may void a bet if there is an informational error in a player's or team's name, score, or result.
6.2 Casino Games
- All casino games are operated under a fair play policy.
- rf77 reserves the right to take necessary action in the event of a technical disruption to a game.
- In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
6.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate the outcome of a bet.
- Claiming bonuses or rewards through fraud or deception.
- Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
7 VIP Program & Cashback
rf77 has a dedicated VIP program for loyal members. The program has three tiers:
Bronze
Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
Silver
Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
Gold
Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular play. VIP cashback is calculated automatically each week and credited to your account. rf77 reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program.
